Updated Timeline

• 4:00 PM – Bar Service Begins (for arriving guests)

• 4:30 PM – Ceremony

• 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Cocktail Hour

• 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Dinner Service

• 9:00 PM – Last Call

• 9:30 PM – Bar Closes

• 10:00 PM – Event Ends

This replaces the original timing outlined in the signed agreement.

Bartending Update

• Extended bar service: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM

• Updated total: $900

• Includes all necessary glassware

Champagne Tower (Added)

• Service added at $5.75 per person (~$184 total based on current guest count)

• Champagne to be provided by client

👉 We just need to confirm timing within the event flow (commonly after the ceremony or as part of the reception kickoff)

Items Requiring Final Confirmation

Appetizers (Recommended – Not Currently Included)

Appetizers are not currently included in your agreement, but given that bar service begins prior to the ceremony, we highly recommend offering light bites during this time to enhance guest experience.

To support the flow of your event, here are a couple of options we recommend:

• Guest Arrival (4:00 PM – Pre-Ceremony):

• Cocktail Hour (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM):
