Event and Service Updates
The guaranteed guest count will remain at 65, as stated in the signed contract.
The non-alcoholic beverage station has been removed.
Tablecloths have been reduced from nine to eight.
Chicken Parmesan has been replaced with Chicken Saltimbocca, eliminating the need for a deep fryer.
Last call will be at 8:15 PM to accommodate the venue’s required 9:00 PM guest departure.

Hosted Bar Service
As outlined in your contract, the hosted portion of the bar is $500, which provides one hosted drink per guest. We’ll provide 65 drink tickets—one for each guest. Each ticket is valid for one hosted beverage and is not transferable. Alcoholic beverages may only be served to guests of legal drinking age with valid identification.
After the hosted drink has been redeemed, additional beverages will be available for purchase by guests at $9.00 per drink, regardless of whether they select beer, wine, or a cocktail.
The contract also includes a $750 minimum beverage consumption. If total beverage sales do not reach this minimum, you would only be responsible for the difference between the actual beverage sales and the minimum. Based on our experience with weddings of this size, we do not anticipate this being an issue.
A gratuity jar will also be available for guests who wish to recognize the bartending team.

For comparison, the previous revised total was $5,568.71. Removing the $422.50 beverage station, reducing the tablecloth quantity by one, and adding $412.50 in desserts results in a net reduction of $39.00.
I’ll prepare the revised invoice reflecting the remaining balance of $3,820.63. The applicable bartending permit and insurance documentation will also be provided separately for the venue.
