May 25, 2026: Matty Rausch requested to change the catering contract for their September 5, 2026, wedding with Kira Hendricksen from a dry bar to a wet bar and inquired about accessing the client portal.
May 26, 2026: Mike Bisticas (Home Bites) confirmed the switch to a wet bar is possible for the wedding at Wallace Falls Lodge. Mike outlined the cost difference for both options:
The dry hire setup costs approximately $1,405 for fees/equipment, plus an estimated $1,050 + tax if the clients purchase the alcohol (totaling about $2,455).
Switching to a wet hire package would cost an additional $650, bringing the estimated total bartending/bar cost managed by Home Bites to $3,105 + tax, which includes a 10% discount.

Hey Mike, thanks for setting this portal up! Between the seltzer or Cider, we would prefer cider. Do you have a list of options for ciders we can choose from? Also regarding beers/wines, is there a list of beers/wines we can choose from for those categories?
Finally regarding the carajillo, you had asked my preference of spirit in a previous email. I think I would like whiskey for the spirit, as many of the wedding guests (and myself) enjoy whiskey and can also do things like whiskey cokes.
