Our tasting experiences are designed to give couples a realistic and personalized preview of what their catering will look and taste like on the day of their event.
Tastings are priced at $150 per couple and are available by appointment only. Tastings are typically hosted on:

Saturdays during the winter months

Monday through Wednesday during the summer months
Unlike many standard tasting programs, our tastings are built around the actual menu direction you are considering for your event. Your tasting is prepared and executed by a dedicated culinary team and includes generous, full meal-sized portions of each selected item — which almost always leaves couples with leftovers to take home and enjoy afterward.

Each tasting requires significant planning, purchasing, preparation, cooking, presentation, cleanup, and staff time. While the tasting is prepared for only a small number of guests, many of the labor-intensive processes involved are similar to those required for much larger events. In addition, our team dedicates time to consultation, menu development, and event planning discussions to ensure you receive a personalized experience.
For these reasons, tastings are offered at $150 per couple and are not credited toward a future booking. The tasting fee helps offset a portion of the costs associated with creating a customized tasting experience while allowing us to dedicate the time and attention necessary to help bring your vision to life.
Our goal is not simply to provide samples — it’s to help you confidently visualize the food, presentation, hospitality, and overall experience your guests will receive on your wedding or event day.
