Regarding your question about bussing and cleanup, I reviewed your contract and wanted to clarify the service you've selected.
Your contract is for Standard Buffet Service. Under this level of service, our team will:
Deliver and set up the buffet
Set out all serving utensils
Maintain and replenish the buffet throughout meal service
Close the buffet at the end of the meal
Remove all buffet-related equipment, including the self-serve lemonade and iced tea station, at the conclusion of the meal service period
Under Standard Service, our staff departs at the end of the scheduled meal service and does not remain for the remainder of the event. As a result, bussing tables, trash removal, and end-of-event cleanup are not included in your current package.
If you would like Home Bites to remain on-site through the conclusion of your reception to provide:
Bussing of guest tables
Trash removal
Ongoing cleanup
Breakdown of any equipment we've provided
we would recommend upgrading to Full Service.
Based on your current timeline, this would require our team to remain on-site for approximately four additional hours following meal service. With a crew of three staff members, that results in approximately 12 additional labor hours and would add approximately $700, plus the standard service fee and applicable sales tax, to your contract.
I also wanted to point out that your current contract does not include dinnerware or guest dining equipment. Plates, silverware, cups, napkins, and any other guest dining items will need to be provided by you or rented separately if you would like Home Bites to supply them.
The only equipment included in your current package is the equipment necessary to operate the buffet and provide the self-serve lemonade and iced tea station.
Once you've had a chance to review everything, we can discuss whether you'd like to keep the current service level or make any additions to your package.
