I spoke with Stephanie at the venue, and she confirmed what you mentioned regarding the plateware and related items. She did mention that tables are provided, although I did not ask specifically about linens. I’ve sent her a follow-up email regarding that, so I should have an answer for you soon.
She’s also sending me a photo of the kitchen setup, so I think we should be in good shape there as well.
Based on your guest count of 60, you would need the following rental items from us:
Dinner plate + salad plate + dessert plate + silverware + napkin set: $8.25 per person = $495.00
Water glass: $1.25 per person = $75.00
Wine glasses: $1.15 each × 120 glasses = $138.00
Subtotal: $708.00Sales Tax (10.35%): $73.28Total: $781.28
Did you also want to add chargers to the table settings? We can provide those as well if you’re interested.
One thing I also wanted to clarify: I’m currently not seeing bartending services listed on the contract (unless I missed something), so I just wanted to double check whether bartending is part of the plan.
Additionally, I noticed the contract currently reflects “Full Service” with “No Setup.” I just want to make sure we’re on the same page that this would mean we would be responsible for cleanup, but not guest table setup.
I mainly just want to make sure we’re aligned on all of these details now so there are no surprises later on.
