Everything is correct except for the remaining balance under "Contract and Payment Finalization" and the "Updated Event Timeline" section on the second page. We have paid in full (in two separate payments, a deposit and a final invoice) and for the timeline, the times under the "Contract and Payment Finalization" section are updated to the current times that we discussed, but the ones in the table on the second page are outdated. Everything else looks great!
