Final signature cocktail selections
Cocktail recipes/specifications (if any)
Confirmation of final beer specifications (if any)
Confirmation of final wine specifications (if any)
Any specialty garnishes requested
Any reserved bottles/toast bottles needing designation
Timeline & Event Flow
Finalized reception timeline
Toast timing confirmation
Dessert service timing confirmation
Confirmation of vendor meal timing
Venue Coordination
Final venue coordinator confirmation
Updated venue questionnaires/forms (if still pending)
Confirmation of setup access times
Emergency day-of contact person
Any décor restrictions or venue limitations that may affect buffet/bar setup


Please let us know if there is any additional/expanded information to what we posted below. If you need a more detailed layout of the carriage house, we can request dimensions and a picture from the venue. It is a large open room. There will be folding tables with tablecloths to layout the buffet.
