Okay a few changes, as far as timing our ceremony is set to begin at 4:30 and end by 5pm. We plan to seat everyone for dinner by 6:30-6:45pm.

Everything else looks okay to me! We are excited to have you cater our special day. 

• Initial Engagement (Feb 2025): The engagement began in February 2025, coordinating a tasting that took place on February 8, 2025. Following the tasting, the service contract was negotiated, with adjustments made to arrival times and service structure.

  
  

• Contract & Payment (Feb–Mar 2025): The contract was signed on February 20, 2025. A minor delay occurred with the deposit check, which was resolved and confirmed received on March 11, 2025.

  
  

• Ongoing Coordination (Jan 2026): Laurel confirmed in January 2026 that the wedding was still on track, which was verified by Home Bites.

  
  

• Pre-Wedding Logistics (June 2026): Recent communications have focused on final preparations:
