Hi Mike,
Looking forward to Patricia and Isaiah's wedding next week! Everyone is so excited for your food!
I just wanted to check in to ensure you're updated on the timeline. I just reviewed the contract one more time, and it looks like your ceremony start time is off by 30 minutes. No worries; I think we discussed moving the wedding to 3 during Patricia and Isaiah's tasting.
Ceremony will start at 3 p.m., and bar service will run from 3:30 to 8:30 p.m.
I also included Maddy's information in my previous email. She will take over day of coordination for this wedding because I will be in the wedding!
Patricia and Isaiah have a request regarding the tiramisu presentation. They want the servings portioned into cocktail glasses for a tiramisu tower. I've provided photos below. We may only need 29 portions on the tower with a 4by4 base. The rest of the portions can be presented however!
