Regarding Revisions

I received the updated timeline that Ninna forwarded this morning.
As always, we'll make the necessary adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly tomorrow. I do want to note, however, that this latest, last minute revision, changes the logistics of the champagne service. Rather than a champagne toast before dinner, we will now be reworking the service plan to accommodate tray-passed champagne following dinner. Because our event documents had already been finalized, printed, and distributed to our team, we'll be making those adjustments internally prior to the event.
At this point in the planning process, I'd also like to make you aware that the planning and coordination for your wedding has substantially exceeded the planning time included in your agreement.

Hi Mike! This looks great! We have decided to move all toasts to after dinner so we will do tray passed champagne as we buss dinner plates and give that ~ 10 min before speeches the DJ will say something like "we are going to get ready for speeches and we will be passing champagne" or something along those lines!
