Regarding Revisions
Hi Amber and Stephen,
I received the updated timeline that Ninna forwarded this morning.
As always, we'll make the necessary adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly tomorrow. I do want to note, however, that this latest, last minute revision, changes the logistics of the champagne service. Rather than a champagne toast before dinner, we will now be reworking the service plan to accommodate tray-passed champagne following dinner. Because our event documents had already been finalized, printed, and distributed to our team, we'll be making those adjustments internally prior to the event.
At this point in the planning process, I'd also like to make you aware that the planning and coordination for your wedding has substantially exceeded the planning time included in your agreement.
As outlined in the contract:
Client Communication & Planning Time: Booking includes up to 3 hours of planning (calls, emails, menu adjustments, timeline planning, vendor coordination). Additional planning time is billed at $85 per hour (+tax).
Over the past several weeks we've been happy to accommodate numerous revisions and planning requests, and our priority remains making your wedding day a success. Rather than discussing those details now, I'd simply like you both to enjoy your wedding and focus on celebrating with your family and friends.
Following the event, I'll prepare a final summary of the additional planning and coordination that occurred beyond the three hours included in the contract, along with a closing invoice detailing the applicable planning time in accordance with the agreement.
