Hi Mike,

Thank you for the clarification.

Please go ahead and add the additional bartender and ice.

We were under the impression that we were providing the simple open bar we had previously discussed, with a few options for beer, wine & spirits. The mixers we're providing are very basic, primarily soda, tonic water, club soda, ginger ale.

The bitters, simple syrup, oranges, and cherries are specifically for Stephen's signature cocktail, the Old Fashioned, which we had already selected. The only other garnishes we are planning to provide are basic lemons, limes, and cucumbers.

Similarly, the champagne is intended for the toast, and the spirits would primarily be available for simple mixed drinks such as a Gin & Tonic, Vodka Soda, Whiskey & Coke, etc. since we arent providing any flavored schnapps or liquors.

Based on our earlier discussions, we were under the impression that providing a variety of beer, wine, spirits, and simple mixers would still fit within the one-bartender setup that was originally proposed. Given that we have approximately 40 drinking-age guests, we were a bit surprised by the recommendation for a second bartender. However, we certainly want the bar service to run smoothly and efficiently for our guests, so if you still think a 2nd bartender is necessary we would like to move forward with the additional bartender and ice.

If you can please send over our final invoice, we are prepared to pay it immediately.

Thanks,

Amber & Stephen
