The original contract currently references “Family Style Service.” However, based on the menu structure, staffing plan, rentals, buffet table setup, and subsequent planning discussions, all event planning and logistics appear to reflect Buffet Full Service instead.

Client still needs to provide:

• Final beer selections

• Final wine selections

This information is required so Home Bites can:

• finalize bar planning,

• assist with shopping quantities,

• and prepare/print the final bar menu signage.

Cocktail Table Information

Client still needs to confirm whether the cocktail tables are:

• Standard 30" lowboy cocktail tablesOR

• 42" highboy cocktail tables

This is required to finalize linen sizing and rentals.

Buffet Table Linen Preference

The original contract includes fitted buffet table linens as part of the buffet setup package.

If client would prefer full-length floor linens for the buffet tables instead of fitted linens, please confirm so rental adjustments can be finalized.

Table Linen Count Confirmation

Please confirm the final banquet table linen count requested:

• 3 × 8-foot buffet tables

• 2 × 6-foot tables

This will allow us to finalize the linen order and rental quantities accurately.

Charger Plate Recommendation

Since dinner plates will be staged at the buffet rather than preset at guest tables, we would strongly recommend the use of charger plates for the dining tables to help complete the table presentation and overall guest experience.

Charger plate rentals are available at:

• $1.25 per charger plate

If interested, we can add this to the final rental order.
