Please let me know if your final timeline differs from what is on the contract.
Also I would like to get a diagram of what is going where.

We will be meeting with the venue in a few weeks, and we can definitely get you a diagram and an aerial.
We will also keep you up to date on the timeline, but it should be pretty similar to whats on the contract.
Everyone will arrive at 4:30 (grab drinks and the appetizers we selected), dinner will be at 5:15, then a cocktail hour after dinner. The ceremony will start around 8-8:15 (max 30 minutes), and then dessert & cutting the cake will be after the ceremony. The party will wind down at 10.
