I went back through the contract/payment history carefully to verify the deposit and balance calculations, and here is the current breakdown:

Initial Date Hold Fee Applied:-$500.00
Adjusted Contract Total:$10,529.76
35% Deposit Payment Received:$3,685.41
Current Remaining Balance:$6,844.35
The balance above does not yet include the requested linen upgrades/additions, as we are still awaiting your approval before adding those items to the final invoice.
Just wanted to make sure everything was fully transparent and clearly reconciled on our end.
