Hi Mike,

I wanted to reach out regarding the linen additions.

After reviewing the updated costs, we've decided to go a different route for the linens.

Because of that, we will no longer need the 10 cocktail table linens or the 5 rectangular table linens. We will be providing those ourselves. The only linens we will need Home Bites to provide are the 10 premium dinner table linens and linen napkins included in the original agreement.

Since we had already paid for 3 rectangular linens I was hoping we could receive a credit for those. Since we are adding the extra hour for the two bartenders, perhaps that linen credit could be applied toward the additional $150 bartending charge, depending on the credit amount.

I apologize for the late change, and I appreciate your flexibility. Thank you for all of your help throughout this process. We're really looking forward to the delicious food and are excited for the wedding day!

Please let me know what the updated balance looks like once the linen adjustments are made.
